The goal of the company's founder, Nikolaus Effler, was to develop standardized seasoning mixtures that would simplify the often difficult and lengthy production of meat and food products. Conservation Of Resources

Our transport packaging is recycled again. Furthermore, we continually invest in new, environmentally friendly technologies and question current work processes in order to find measures to avoid negative impacts on the environment. Quality

The production of high-quality spice mixtures and chemical-biological additives for food processing requires the establishment of the highest quality standards for the entire manufacturing process. Our quality assurance system follows the strict HACCP regulations. In the interests of consumer protection, this includes strict incoming raw material inspection, optimal storage, controlled raw material processing, proper operational and personnel hygiene as well as cleaning and disinfection of all areas, management to prevent pest infestation and regular training measures.

Best Conditions Thanks To The Best Raw Materials

We select our supplier companies very carefully and specifically. Materials management requires close cooperation with suppliers of high-quality raw materials - primarily raw spices from the world's best growing regions. The required raw material quality is defined and checked by us. We also require analysis certificates for all raw materials from our suppliers.

Strict Control, Gentle Processing

All incoming goods are subjected to strict incoming goods inspections based on defined inspection plans. This includes sensory, microbiological, chemical and physical tests. The raw materials will only be released for further processing if the incoming goods inspection has been completely fulfilled. In order to preserve as much of the valuable essential oils in raw spices as possible, they are ground fresh and cold as needed. We call this procedure the “Nubafrost cold grinding process”.

Effectiveness, Hygiene And Traceability In The Production Process

The production process is constantly monitored using mandatory analytical and sensory controls for the individual production stages. The results are recorded, documented and managed using information technology. Production planning and control is computer-supported. Retention samples of the individual production steps and constant documentation of the individual production steps for each batch enable complete tracing of the products from receipt of goods to delivery.

Customer Proximity

Proximity to our customers is very important to us. We therefore strive to maintain this closeness in different ways. Our competent field staff take care of your concerns on site and always find the best solution for your production. If there is no field representative available for you, our employees at headquarters will be happy to help you. You can receive competent specialist advice from our sales team or directly from our food technologists.

Every company, whether large or small, has very individual production processes and customer wishes and therefore also very individual requirements for the products and raw materials used. Ensuring our customers easy and successful production of their products was the goal of company founder Nikolaus Effler and is still an integral part of our company philosophy today. Individual Product Development

The customer is king. Doing justice to this wisdom is not always easy. Each customer base has individual wishes or requirements for products that must be taken into account. The team of technologists at Nubassa will help you master this task with confidence. If desired, our food technologists will be happy to adapt existing product recipes to your requirements or, in collaboration with you, create new recipes from scratch, individually tailored to your customers' preferences.
